Wir möchten Sie darüber informieren, dass die TopHat® Zange vorerst aus unserem Sortiment genommen wird. Diese Entscheidung ist uns nicht leicht gefallen, doch aufgrund wirtschaftlicher Überlegungen sehen wir uns zu diesem Schritt gezwungen. Die Produktionskosten der Zange, die vollständig in Deutschland hergestellt wird, sind in den letzten Monaten erheblich gestiegen. Trotz unserer Bemühungen, die Herstellungskosten zu optimieren und unsere Preisstruktur anzupassen, sind die Produktionskosten weiterhin gestiegen. Dies hat zu einem Verkaufspreis geführt, der für viele unserer Kunden nicht mehr attraktiv ist. Die sinkenden Verkaufszahlen in Kombination mit den hohen Produktionskosten machen eine Weiterführung der Produktion momentan nicht wirtschaftlich tragbar.
Wir bedauern sehr, dass wir Ihnen dieses innovative Produkt vorerst nicht mehr anbieten können. Wir sind jedoch bestrebt, eine Lösung zu finden, die es uns ermöglicht, die TopHat® Zange in Zukunft wieder in unser Sortiment aufzunehmen.

We would like to inform you that the TopHat® Pliers will be temporarily removed from our range. This decision was not made lightly, but we are compelled to take this step for economic reasons.
The production costs of the pliers, which are entirely manufactured in Germany, have significantly increased in recent months. Despite our efforts to optimize manufacturing costs and adjust our pricing structure, the production costs have continued to rise. This has led to a selling price that is no longer attractive to many of our customers. The declining sales figures, combined with the high production costs, make it economically unfeasible to continue production at this time.
We deeply regret that we will not be able to offer you this innovative product for the time being. However, we are committed to finding a solution that will allow us to reintroduce the TopHat® Pliers into our range in the future.
